MidCentral Energy Services is headquartered and operates from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma with an additional field presence in the heart of the Eagle Ford Shale at Karnes City, Texas. We offer full service blow-out prevention installation and pressure testing services throughout the Mid-Continent Region.

In addition to the full service blow-out prevention and pressure testing services, we offer full API Certified rental iron such as spacer spools, double-studded adapters, blow-out preventers, ram blocks, choke manifolds, accumulators, and other various pressure components.

Management

Dikran Tourian

Mr. Tourian is a founder of MidCentral Energy Services, and serves as the President. He has founded and sold numerous businesses since 2000, including a sale to Compass Diversified Holdings (NYSE: CODI) in 2007. He has a strong track record of demonstrating success in orchestrating consolidations and turnarounds leading to exceptional organic growth in challenging markets across numerous industries. A native of western Oklahoma, Tourian earned a marketing degree from the Price School of Business at the University of Oklahoma.

J. Carter Robinson

Mr. Robinson serves as Vice-President of Business Operations for MidCentral Energy. From 2002 to April 2011 Mr. Robinson was a member of the Management team of B.O.P. Ram-Block & Iron Rentals, Inc. Prior to joining the energy sector, he began his professional career in 1999 working in the healthcare sector and working in insurance and risk management. Mr. Robinson received a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Administration from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. He also received a Master of Business Administration degree and a Master of Science degree in Energy Management both from the Meinders School of Business at Oklahoma City University.

Jenifer Stehr

Ms. Stehr serves as Public Relations and Marketing Manager for MidCentral Energy Services. From 2001-2009 Stehr was the Director of Marketing for PrimaTech Medical Systems responsible for grass roots marketing efforts as well as supporting a direct sales force for all marketing and PR needs. Stehr earned Business Management and International Business degrees from the Price School of Business at the University of Oklahoma.

Aaron McDonald

Mr. McDonald serves as Division Manager of the drilling division for MidCentral Energy Services. From 2003 to 2008 McDonald worked for BOP installation pioneer BOP RAM in various field and operations positions leading up to field management roles. McDonald then moved to Greene's Energy Services to manage their entire BOP installation division before joining MidCentral Energy Services. Aaron brings a wealth of knowledge to the field operations team.

Danny Pickelsimer

Mr. Pickelsimer is a founder of MidCentral Energy Services, and serves as Vice-President of Field Operations. From 1999 to 2010 Mr. Pickelsimer was President and owner of Danny’s Oilfield Trucking, Inc., a company focused on providing services for the drilling segment of the energy sector. He has spent his entire career creating successful operations as an entrepreneur, and brings a vast amount of expertise and industry knowledge. Mr. Pickelsimer is from Healdton, Oklahoma.

Nick Armoudian

Mr. Nick Armoudian serves as Vice-President of Business Development of MidCentral Energy Services. From 1997 to April 2010 Mr. Armoudian worked in various managerial capacities at Nortel Networks Corporation, resulting in the position of U.S. Director of Sales. Before and after his tenure with Nortel he participated in a variety of startup ventures. Mr. Armoudian obtained a Bachelors of Science degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 1986.

Kevin Fosbenner

Mr. Fosbenner serves as Corporate Controller for MidCentral Energy Services. From 1998 to 2013 Fosbenner worked for Smith, Carney & Co., P.C., a CPA firm, resulting in the role of Partner (shareholder). For a majority of his career he worked concurrently in both the tax and assurance areas, with a primary focus on the auditing of SEC issuers in the oil and gas industry and the related SOX 404 internal control audits. Mr. Fosbenner obtained a B.B.A. (emphasis in Accounting) from Southwestern Oklahoma State University (SWOSU) in 1998 and passed the CPA exam in May 2001.

Steve Schreiner

Mr. Schreiner serves as Manager of Field Operations and Development for MidCentral Energy Services. From 2008 to 2011 Schreiner worked for BOP installation pioneer BOP RAM in various field and operations positions leading up to field management roles.
